The material handling process involves deburring, inspection, final cleaning, and packaging of finished product. In Addition, moves raw materials, supplies, or finished products inside the manufacturing facility, using various types of equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks and overhead cranes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean, debur, inspect, and package product for shipping.
- Operate and use numerous styles of hand held pneumatic air tools
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Read gauges, inspection tools and record data obtained on Inspection sheets.
- Visually inspect and identify items and equipment for defects.
- Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination Lift raw materials, finished products, and packaged items, manually or using hoists.
- Mark or tag identification on parts.
- Will place products on skid, bag, tag, wrap according to customer requirements
- Maintain an organize a clean work environment while following all safety guidelines.
- Operate forklift to move product throughout facility. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within the plant, or work site.
- Reads prints, Work Instructions, and follows verbal instructions.
- Conveys materials from storage racks or work sites to designated area, using fork truck or hand truck.
- Will regularly operate forklift or overhead crane to move product and assist in loading or moving materials.
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- 0 to 2 years of demonstrated experience or equivalent
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to coordinate various manufacturing activities.
- General computer knowledge in email/word/excel documents
Physical Demands
- The physical demands of the job will include lifting, bending and sitting. Lifting to include picking up, pushing or pulling loads up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
